What is Osborn Bookkeeping Services?
My name is Nan Osborn Wieser and since 2001 I have been doing bookkeeping and tax preparation for individuals, partnerships and corporations, I find that many business people do not have the time to devote to careful, systematic and efficient bookkeeping practices. I personally enjoy seeing that everything is running smoothly and that I have put into place a system that employers and their employees will find understandable and “user-friendly”.
I care about my clients and will make the extra effort to ensure that they feel confident in the services I provide for them. Whether the goal is to bring your books up-to-date and train you to handle your own books confidently or to provide bookkeeping on an ongoing basis, I will do everything I can to help you succeed.
What services do I provide?
I hold a Certification of Applied Accountancy from College of Marin and I am certified in QuickBooks Online. I offer bookkeeping services to individuals, service and construction industries either on or off site. I can help you implement a bookkeeping system that works best for you as an individual or for your company as well as providing training in QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online or Xero. I can also assist in setting you up with online banking. I can make sure you are prepared for the next tax season when that time rolls around. If you want some help and instruction on troubleshooting your software or implementing new time-saving and smoothly operating systems for your office or business I am always happy to help with that as well.

I can help you set up your business so that you can work efficiently and effectively. I can help you select the right software and train you how to use it for the benefit of your business. I now can help you design and send out newsletters for your small businesses, as well as helping you organize your small business contact information. I also provide training in maintaining and making the best use of your company website.
How will I save you money?
My fees are very competitive. I offer you an alternative to hiring a full time bookkeeper. My clients have repeatedly told me that I have consistently saved them money, time and effort. Our first meeting is free and after that I charge $55/hr for bookkeeping data entry, training, reconciliations, financial reports, other higher end bookkeeping services as well as other business services.
